Brief
Defining a New Skyline. Commissioned by NBBJ, Saigon Broadway is a massive development comprising a cluster of high-rise residential and commercial towers. The strategic goal was to visualize how this high-density vertical community integrates with the urban fabric. We needed to showcase the project not just as a collection of skyscrapers, but as a cohesive ecosystem that offers breathable, green living spaces within one of the world's most densely populated metropolises.
Challenge
Humanizing the Mega-Scale. The main challenge was to present the sheer magnitude of the towers without them feeling imposing or isolating. We focused on the "urban canyon" concept at the podium level—turning the space between the giants into a warm, inviting commercial hub. By emphasizing the golden-hour lighting, distinct bronze architectural details, and bustling ground-level activity, we softened the verticality, proving that massive scale can still offer an intimate and atmospheric pedestrian experience.
