To provide a precise proposal, we need to assess the project's complexity. Please share any available visuals—preliminary sketches, architectural plans, or screenshots from your 3D model. This allows us to estimate the modeling effort accurately. Alternatively, if you have a fixed budget, let us know, and we will curate a package to maximize its impact.
You will communicate directly with the Lead Creative / Art Director. We believe in a streamlined process without administrative middlemen. This ensures your architectural vision is understood instantly and executed with precision, whether we are working on a boutique house or a large-scale development.
For the most efficient workflow, we prefer a 3D model (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino), DWG plans, and a material board. However, we are architects by trade – we are comfortable working from rough sketches or massing models during the early concept phase to help you develop the design visually.
Timing depends on complexity. A standard marketing package of still images typically takes 2-3 weeks. Comprehensive animation and VR projects usually require 4-6 weeks. We provide a strict milestone calendar (Previews & Delivery) prior to starting, so you can plan your launch accordingly.
We structure our work into 3 collaborative rounds: Clay (Geometry & Camera angles), Style Preview (Lighting, Materials, Atmosphere), and Final Polish. This structured approach allows us to incorporate your input at key stages without delaying the final delivery.
