Terms & Conditions
The Tint Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”), based in Sieradz, Poland, provides high-end architectural visualization and creative services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (thetint.org) and outline the general principles of our professional engagement. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Intellectual Property (Website Content)
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to 3D renderings, animations, photographs, text, logos, and case studies, is the exclusive intellectual property of The Tint Studio or is used with permission from our clients.
Strict No-Use Policy: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any visual assets from this website for commercial purposes, AI training, or personal portfolios without our prior written consent.
Client Rights: Ownership of the architectural designs depicted remains with the respective architects and developers.
2. Services & Engagement
Our services are provided on a B2B (Business-to-Business) basis.
Proposals: All projects typically begin with a bespoke proposal or scope of work. These website Terms apply unless superseded by a specific Service Agreement signed by both parties.
Project Scope: We are committed to delivering high-quality visual assets. Any changes to the project scope (e.g., design changes after the modeling phase) may incur additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.
3. Payments & Invoicing
Unlike standard e-commerce platforms, our work is bespoke.
Retainers: We typically require a deposit (retainer) to schedule resources and commence work on your project. This deposit is non-refundable once production has started.
Final Payment: High-resolution deliverables are released upon receipt of the final payment, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
Currency: Unless otherwise stated, all invoices are issued in EUR, USD, or PLN, depending on the agreement.
4. Client Obligations & Timelines
To ensure the timely delivery of your project ("Unbuilt Reality"), we rely on your cooperation:
Input Data: You agree to provide accurate architectural plans, models, and briefs.
Feedback: Delays in providing feedback on drafts may result in the rescheduling of the final delivery date. We are not liable for missed marketing deadlines caused by delayed client feedback.
5. Limitation of Liability
Website Use: We provide our website "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of this site.
Service Liability: While we strive for architectural accuracy, our visualizations are artistic interpretations intended for marketing purposes. We are not liable for construction errors or discrepancies based solely on our visual materials.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external platforms (e.g., social media, press features). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our website or suspend services if a client violates these Terms, fails to settle invoices, or infringes upon our intellectual property rights.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising under these Terms or related to our services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Sieradz or Łódź, Poland, unless an international arbitration clause is agreed upon in a separate contract.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect our evolving business practices. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
