Brief
Redefining the Podium. The project involved visualizing a multi-level podium designed by NBBJ for Swire Properties. The goal was to showcase how this glass-encased structure acts as a transparent, fluid connector between the towering skyscrapers and the bustling street level of Hong Kong.
Challenge
Urban Integration. The main challenge was to integrate the pristine, modern geometry of the new design into the chaotic, textured reality of the existing city. Instead of isolating the building in a white void, we embraced the grit and density of Hong Kong. We focused on accurate reflections and atmospheric depth to prove that the new design harmonizes with its heavy concrete surroundings.
