Brief
Heritage Reimagined. Situated on the prestigious Okólnik Street, this project represents the delicate restoration of a historic Warsaw tenement. The location offers a unique visual duality: the modern silhouette of the National Stadium on one side and the dynamic city skyline on the other. Our brief was to capture this exclusivity, positioning the development not just as a renovation, but as a landmark residence that bridges Warsaw’s past with its contemporary pulse. We needed to visualize a lifestyle where history meets the vibrancy of the modern capital.
Challenge
Contextual Depth & Atmosphere. The primary challenge lay in the diversity of the deliverables—ranging from sweeping aerials to intimate interior vignettes. For the aerial shots, we had to accurately anchor the restored, bright façade within the dense, existing urban fabric without it feeling foreign. We focused on atmospheric lighting to soften the bird's-eye views, ensuring the city felt inviting rather than chaotic. Inside, the challenge was to render the interplay of classic high ceilings with modern, premium materials like stone and brass, ensuring the visual transition from the historic street to the private luxury sanctuary felt seamless and noble.
